Sierra Trade supplies our clients wild game meat from hunting: red deer, wild boar, mouflon sheep, roe deer and fallow deer. We supply a wide range of different cuts, fresh or frozen, demanded by the market, or by particular clients.
Our meat comes from hunting grounds directly to the game processing plant (approved by the European Union) to ensure that the production of fresh and deep-frozen game meat is made on high quality standards.

The meat is properly vacuum packaged. Our products are transported both in fresh and deep-frozen condition to Spanish and foreign customers.
We employ a fleet of refrigerating vehicles taking maximum care that at no moment the cold chain breaks, guaranteeing that the wild game meat is in excellent conditions.
